Job Title/Grade: Web project manager

Business Unit: Qwentes

Reports to: General Manager

Position overview: Manage projects and write offers for web communication services contracts within the EU and other institutions

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the entire cycle of large web projects.

Write proposals for web communication contracts within international institutions.

 

Accountablities

Manage web projects and ensure timely and qualitative delivery of works.

Understand customer’s needs and formulate well written, accurate and attractive proposals.

Draft project specifications and plan web projects in detail including budgeting.

Manage a project team and coordinate the execution of works; reporting.

Develop existing accounts and attract new customers within the institutional client base.

 

Qualifications

University Degree in Information Technology, Management, Communications or related area.

Excellent knowledge of web technologies and recent web developments.

Fluent in English and good working level of French.

 

Experience

More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex web projects.

Successful track record in delivering written proposals for web projects, preferably with large institutions.

Excellent writing and communication skills.
